Life After going to college and earning a teaching degree, I decided to stay home and raise my children. That's a harder job than teaching could ever have been but I'm so thankful that I'm able to do it. I have a "baseball-loving" 11 year old son, Levi, and a daughter, Taylor, who is 8. I've been married 14 years to Mike and have been blessed with everything I've ever dreamed of. I travel and sing on the weekends with a Southern Gospel group called the "Singing Christians" which fulfills a lifelong dream. I feel like God has blessed me more than anyone. School Looking back, we really had it easy in school - especially high school. There were no metal detectors; someone bringing a weapon to school was unheard of - except for the occasional pocket knife. From what I remember, people pretty much got along with each other.
