Jill's Story
If you remember, I got married a week after graduation, not pregnant, it lasted 2 years. I then went to NVCC for a while and worked as a bookkeeper and dispatcher. In 1976 my parents moved to the San Francisco Bay area and in 77 I followed and went to compiter school for hardware repair. nother 7 more years. Then I went to work for Western Union onthe messaging side as telecommunication tech, hardware repair and trainer. In 2001 I left and did several jobs. Then in 2004 I moved to Fresno, CA to help with my parents as they aged. Mom died in 2009 after a numver of falls and my dad just died in July at 98 years old. I am staying here since the cost of living is so much less here than back in Virginia
