Jim's Story
"65 VA Tech Grad. 2 yrs teaching biology & earth science + coaching football & track. Began career in the recognition/award industry in both schools and corporate divisions of 3 major firms. 1977 Ntl. Saleman of the Year with the Balfour Co.. Founded and is CEO of A T J LLC in 1993.

Enjoyed years of outdoor activities: competitive and recreational sailing, in addition to hunting, fishing & attending and performing in dramatic and musical theater performances. Also enjoys time spent with his adult children and 4 grandsons. A lifetime of volunteering, advocacy & leadership positions with schools, churches, hospitals and elections.
