Jim's Story
Life
After leaving Columbia High I played professionally in a rock band. We were known as The Revolvers.
We cut a record after going country and I can only say it was a fun ride for the most part. I still love playing music but I no longer do it professionally.
I got married in 1976 to Terri McGuire and we are still married today. We have 4 children, Anissa, Jimmy, Paul and Chris. Anissa is now married and as far as I know, is not going to make me a grandfather for a few more years yet:)
We have two English bulldogs, Nutmeg and her 2nd born, Foster. Foster got his name because he always walks like he's been drinking:) I named him after Foster Brooks ...Expand for more
the comedian who always played a drunk. We also have a parrot named CJ who has a limited vocabulary. He says I love you and few other things. He loves Pizza and Buffalo wings. If he only knew:)
I went back to school and studied electronics and worked as an instrument/electronic technician for GE for 18 years. I recently quit and took a job at a pharmaceutical company doing the same type work. To date, this is the most rewarding job I have ever had. It was A very scary move, but one that has really paid off in many ways. I do my small part in assisting in the manufacturing of cancer medications. A disease I would love to see disappear in my lifetimeÂ
