Jim's Story
Life
After graduating in 1975, I worked as an electronics technician at Data Terminals Systems in Acton MA. Attended night school at Northeastern toward my Engineering degree. In 1978 I started my employment with Northstar Technologies as the IT Director. Northstar manufactures global positioning equipment (GPS) primarily for marine markets. I served as a director member for Acton Boxborough Youth Soccer (ABYS) and support their website development, former president of the MAPICS ERP North East users group, VP of new members for Assabet Valley¿s alumni association, and committee member for Acton Boxboro¿s project graduation. I now run my own company Professional Web Solutions, LLC also located in Acton.
