Life
Have been a golf professional since 1971. Worked as an Assistant Professional in Boca Raton Florida and Harrisburg
PA.. Head Professional in Deerfield Beach, FL and Boynton
Beach, FL. Worked for the PGA of America, Worked for Landmark
Land Company (they built PGA West, Kiawah Island, Oak Tree, etc), worked for Founders Golf Equipment Company and was
President of Fenwick Golf Company. Have been Head Golf
Professional at Old Overton Club in Birmingham, AL for the
past 18 years Wife, Kathy, just received her Masters Degree
from UAB and she teaches 8th...Expand for more
Grade English at Riverchase
Middle School. James (34) graduated from Ohio State, Julie
(23) still in college in Florida, Kelly (18) is a freshman at
Auburn and Kyle (16) is a Junior at Oak Mountain High School.
Life is good. Health is good and the golf business stays
strong. Golf has paid every bill I have ever received.
Am still contemplating our 40th Reunion in 2007. Tommy
Swinford did a great job for our 30th, so we must all pull
together and do a 40th.
Hope to speak with some of y'all soon over the next few
years. We have been apart way too long.
