Life
Why did I agree to this, I do not know, exactly. Curiousity mostly. Been a long time, traveled a lot of roads, none smooth, but for the most part, would change nothing. Living in Florida, own a home, work as a consultant with U.S. Central Command (Lockheed-Martin Information Technolgy), Have a side business here in Tampa, Vice President of a Mortgage Broker Licensed Business, Diverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc. Provides superior level of expertise due to complete understanding of the intelligence cycle and years of experience in the planning and intelligence field. The Applied Computer Solutions (ACS) (now a part of Lockheed-Martin Information Technologies), Senior Operations Analyst and Task Leader in support of the Special Operations Joint Interagency Collaboration Center, Special Operations Command, MacDill AFB, Florida, Intelligence Directorate (SCJ2). October 2000 Â October 2002 Joint Information Operations Center Lackland AFB, Texas
Team Chief for civilian and military in support of Commander-in-Chief, USCENTCOM. Provided information operations, psychological operations guidance, and technical support to the USCENTCOM Operations Directorate and Joint Task Force Commanders for OEF, Afghanistan.
April 1999 Â October 2000 USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) Yokosuka, Japan
Served in Command billet as the Executive Officer aboard USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), the Seventh Fleet Flagship, Yokosuka, Japan. Directed and provided guidance to shipboard command and repair personnel for two separate, three-month Intermediate Maintenance Repair Availabilities totaling over $7 million dollars. Oversaw the daily activities of over 1200 Navy personnel to include daily maintenance, training, readiness, as well as health and welfare. Coordinated protocol events for over a dozen major port visits during two South Pacific deployments.
April 1997 Â April 1999 Executive Office of the President Washington, DC
Staff Director for Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), Executive Office of the President, a Cabinet level official, for the Office of Supply Reduction. Developed National Drug Strategy and Policy. Coordinated support for land, sea, and air forces involved in international interdiction activities. Served as program analyst for international counterdrug policy in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific.
June 1994 - April 1997 United States Southern Command Quarry Heights, Republic of Panama
Principal advisor to the Director of Operations and the Commander- in- Chief, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), on all issues related to theater crisis action response for contingencies. Deputy Director for the planning, coordination, and development of operational concepts, plans, and orders in support of deliberate and crisis action scenarios, to include Civil Affairs, Psychological Operations, and Special Technical Operations. Supervised 34 mid-level staff officers and administered a security assistance budget of $131 million
Assistant Deputy Director and principal proponent on all theater counterdrug issues. Assisted and advised the Commander in Chief, USSOUTHCOM, in the development and implementation of U.S. National Counterdrug Policy, strategy, and military support programs for Central and South America.
