Jim's Story

Graduated from BHS with Class of '65. Was being drafted...joined Army. Was commissioned as 2Lt in '67, Helo Flight School in '69, flew helos in Viet Nam. Decided to have a military career. Commanded 2 Infantry Units. Traveled extensively. Retired as Lt Colonel in '89. Earned a BA from St. Martin Univ in 75,and a MA from Pacific Lutheran Univ in '79. C...Expand for more
urrently a tenured professor at Pierce College in Puyallup, WA, teaching Computer courses. Married to former Sarah Rudy of Bellingham in '69 and we are still together. Have 2 children (1 boy, 1 girl) and 3 grandchildren. I have simply had a Great/Happy life with rewarding (often exciting) work and a loving family...who could ask for anything more...
