Jim's Story
After getting out of the army in 79, I played around in oregon for about a year, not finding a real job, so I went to Reno. Started as a change runner at Harrahs. In a short time I was selected to go to there poker school. (they promote from within only)after about a year I was promoted to a pit boss. I was one of the youngest ever at 23. nly good thing that came out of that. No kid's with the second one, thank god. Then moved back to oregon and went to work for the department of corrections. Got married for the third time to a wonderful lady, who I am still married to for over twenty years. I now have three kids. Two boys and the youngest a girl.I'm now retired ( somewhat )and enjoying life. Looking forward to my new roll as a grandpa for the first time. OK, now that I said it out loud I'm OLD, I get it. But life is good
