Life Aloha: After high school I worked at Mare Island for a while, when I was 21 I was In a bad car accident, during my 7 month stay at Queen Of the Valley Hospital I got real good on the guitar, Next I put a band together in Napa and headed for Reno to become fameous, funny thing we did, along with Ron Nichlolas and Jim DelRio we played the western states based in Reno. In 1966 I formed a new band as did Ron and Jim, My band was called "the Changing Times" and was geared to play showrooms, we played the Thunderbird & Caesars Palace in Las Vegas & Harrahs at Lake Tahoe & Reno, after tremendous success the band retired in 1970. I went to "Kings Castle" at Lake Tahoe and worked as a stage hand, my first big artist to work with was Robert Goulet folowed by Johnny Mathis, Marty Robins, Ed Ames, Jose Feliciano and BB King and many others.While working with Jose I got a chance to play bass with him which helped advance me in the entertainment Dept. where I became Entertainment director.
