in Waco TX. They kept the runway open for George W to visit his ranch where to this day he continues his collection of stamp hinges. A product of many schools and a successful stint as a congressional aide, and newspaper writer/editor, higher ed administrator, and more noteworthy a brief career as a relief manager for a chain of movie houses in Richmond where I stole hubcaps and made popcorn at 17 or 18. Quoted in U.S.News&World Report on college desegregation, and the Colorado Daily (UC) as one 63 young men having signed a "We Won't Go" to Vietnam petition. We only made it to Cheyenne WY where we celebrated Frontier Days, drank a lot of beer, and I got cold feet, headed home and joined the AF. Somehow I had three attractive, talented, smart children.".
