Jim's Story
Life
After leaving Heidelberg, I moved to St. Louis Mo. Not the most exciting place to move to but it was a start. In 1984 I moved to Wisconsin with my family. I've lived there ever since. After working at a couple different jobs i went back to school. I'm involved in Radiology. I love it. Plus I get the extra initials after my name. Granted it's not MD like Tom D. and Eric S. have, but someone's gotta support them. I work at a rural hospital that does nearly everything.
I was never married. Almost a couple times. I've got a dog named Cybil as my only child. She's awesome. My parents and my sister live near Dallas now. Jill has two kids and a hubby who recently retired from the Army. ...Expand for more
My parents are still both alive. I realize each day just how lucky I am for that.
I've talked to a few Lion alumni. I've been involved in Fantasy Football with a few of them as well. And out of the blue one day I heard from Billy Vaughn (112 lb) '81. He's got a huge heard of kids down in Missouri.
Workplace
I am a Radiographic Technician. I love what I do. I'm sure Mr. Baxter would never believe I have anything to do with the human body. I didn't do so well in Biology. I love anatomy and physiology now though. I just read my profile again. I've changed my job from driving to nursing homes to do their xrays to working in a hospital on the weekend shift. I like the five day weekends.
