Jim's Story
Life
After High School, I went to BC3 and got a degree in Criminal Justice. I got married in 1981 and had two wonderful daughters. I worked many different jobs from 1977 to 1993, varying from retail sales to constuction to self employed contractor to inside government sales. In 1991, I enlisted in the Army reserves after I got Divorced. I switched to active duty in 1993 and have lived in Tennesee, Hawaii, North Carolina, Kuwait, Iraq and now in Germany. I got married in 1996 to a longtime dear friend and have made her follow me all over the world. In 2003, I was one of the lucky ones to see the fall of Saddam in person. In February of 2005, I was promoted to Segeant First Class and in the end of 2005, will be returning to Iraq for a second tour. I hope to be back in the states in the beginning of 2007. aring what people from my class are up to now. 02/2006 - Well I'm back in Baghdad, Iraq. and it's just a dirty as it was the first time. I have been given great news; My youngest daughter will make me a grandfather in September, 2006. I'll be in the states approximately the first week of April, 2007. Hopefully I'll have time to see some old friends from the past and catch up with everyone. 04/2007 - I've returned to the states and now live in South Carolina. Both of my daughters have now had sons so now I'm having allot of fun acting the fool with them. I'm looking foreward to traveling around the southeastern US and see all the different attractions. 5/2010 We are now living in Ankara, Turkey until June 2011. Once I finish this tour I'll only have 16 months til retirement. Looking foreward to getting back to the states.
