Jim's Story
Finally retired from appraising. Did it for 37 years. Worked in the DC/VA/WVA/PA all those years. Last business location was in Hagerstown, Md. My son-in- law now runs he business. It was called Wise Appraisals - original, huh?

office, I'm now doing aerobics 3x a week, playing golf once a week, playing Pickleball 2x a week, and taking naps when I need to. We live in a community called Tellico Village, which was recently voted the retirement community with the most happy residents in the US. And I concur with that.
If anyone is traveling this way, give us a heads up and plan to visit.
