Jimmy's Story
Life
I joined the Army December 1st 1965. I served my country 1965-1968. I married Sheri Michels (from McEachern 66) June 18, 1966. We have been together now for almost 40 years. We have three children and 7 Grandchildren. I have been building homes for folks now for thirty plus years. I also had a change of life experience at 40 years of age and went to College. ssion work in the inner city of Chattanooga,Tn. We have lived in Jasper, Ga for the last 25 years. The lord has blessed us richly over the years. I was always a big Corvette fan and could never afford one. But Sheri and I decided that you only live once. So I finally got a 1965 Corvette two years ago. Now we have the bug and own three corvettes. We have a 1965, 1977 and 1987. We love going to cruise-ins and car shows. I spent one whole weekend in January watching the Barrett Jackson Car Auction.
