Jo's Story
Life
I am not married, but am dating a nice young thing. (Just can't pick husbands-boyfriends yes, husbands no). I graduated in December, 2004,from Sam Houston State University, with a double degree.(If you see my picture, you'll know I went to a lot of football games.) My degrees are a Bachelor of Fine arts for Advertising, Graphic Design and in Studio Art. I graduated Summa Cum Laude, Alpha Chi, with Academic Distinction--not bad for someone who couldn't hack High School. I plan to attend the Master's program in studio art, so I can teach at a University Level. Couldn't teach public school...Expand for more
- would kill the kids. Then, if I'm really ambitious, I may get my Doctorate in Art History. I own a place in the country (a mobile home and 10 acres- just that "a place in the country sounds sooo much nicer :o) I have a large Weimeraner and a cat for company. I love to travel, party, go to the movies and just hang out with friends. I do a lot of gardening. I also do a lot of painting so I can exhibit work and enter art competitions.
Would love to hear from anyone that went to Northbrook from 74-80. I think that pretty much covers the years of anyone I knew, when I attended Northbrook.
