Board-Certified Legal Assistant in Personal Injury Trial Law (1997-2007). BS Psychology/Political Science University of Houston, 1994 Traveled some: Canada, Mexico, Paris, London, Rome, Tokyo & Osaka; cruised 6 times to Honduras, Belize, and several other countries; and visited 46 of the "Lower 48" United States (and resided in several of them). I spent so many years doing almost everything there is to do in a law office that I decided I might as well get paid for it all, so I took early retirement social security and went to law school and graduated. I took the bar exam in 2022 but came up short by 5%. Timed essays are bad news for people with ADD/OCD. I still use my degree, just not representing people. These days, I work mostly from home and when I want to (assuming there's work when I'm ready!).
