Joan's Story
Life
Raised 3 daughters as a single parent - they are now 30 yrs. old with a 12 yr. old son; 25 yr. old twins, 1 lives in Houston and is expecting first child in Sept. '06 with her honey from 9th grade, and other lives in San Antonio with me and has a 2 yr. old son.
Lived in Torrance, moved to Carson, Cerritos, back to Torrance, to Moorpark, then to Beverly Hills where I raised my kids for the good majority of their school year lives, then to Cerritos and, in Oct. 2006, moved to San Antonio, TX. My oldest daughter and 1 twin moved to TX with me with their sons, and my mom (dad passed away 1/6/05), and now the other twin is about 3 hrs. driving time from me.

my kids and spend the majority of my time hanging out with my daughters and grandsons. I see my Houston daughter at least 1-2 times a month or more.
I have been single for the past 29 years; my ex-husband (oldest daughter's father) lives in Cerritos and has remained my friend, and I have known him since childhood; the father of my twins lives in Rolling Hills Estates and we have remained friends as well.
My brother and his wife of 30 yrs. have 1 son (10 days older than my twins); my nephew is a pro baseball player for the AZ Diamondbacks.
I love San Antonio and don't intend on returning the CA, and enjoy watching the San Antonio Spurs.
