Joan Coldwell's Story
Bob and I live in Morgan Hill CA, and lay claim to 2 kids and 4 grandkids! I'm a retired teacher and he'll be retired in June 2017! Update, Bob is mostly retired now, picking up short term jobs now and then. I have been enjoying retirement and coaching Special Needs Hockey at Sharks Ice in San Jose! It’s especially fun having the freedom to visit grandkids whenever I want. It’s relaxing to do nothing at all if I want too, 🤣. n camping now in SoCal for 3 weeks: Ocotillo Wells with our son for some off road fun, then Jamul at Pio Pico which is beautiful in the Spring, to Menifee at Wilderness Lakes which was to crowded with both noisy geese and party central campers. Now we’re camping at Lake O’Neill on Camp Pendleton and recently enjoyed our son’s formal retirement ceremony from the USMC. Major Joseph Best served honorably with integrity for 16 years! It was a great send off to his next career with Thermo Fisher Scientific. We are proud parents for sure!
