Joan's Story

Loved the academic stuff enough that I stayed at Stanford for 10 years (History, then Med School). Pediatric training in Minnesota. Got married. Worked at HMO. Moved to Orange County. Moved to Massachusetts. Adopted child. Moved to Ohio. Got divorced. Worked at Kaiser Permanente until...Expand for more
12/31/12. Retired but working part-time as locum tenens. Playing in 3 amateur orchestras and loving it, doing a lot of hiking etc. Daughter just moved to LA. Getting house ready to sell (maybe), trying to figure out the next steps. Looking forward to the reunion and trip to California.
