Joan's Story
After graduation from Marshall, I had several jobs and attended Valley College for awhile. I got married in 1963 and divorced in 1972. I have two children and four grandchildren. After divorce I worked at several jobs before going to work for Universal Studios in Los Angeles for 24 years. I retired in 2003 and moved to Waddington, New York. I live in nor...Expand for more
thern NY state on the St. Lawrence River. Ontario, Canada is on the other side. It's quite a change from Los Angeles, having seasons and a long, cold winter. It's a small village with only 2,000 people in the summer (many people go south in the winter but I stay here). I spend my time painting and drawing, traveling, socializing, etc. It's a great life.
