Joan's Story
I am the President of Kingdom Finance Corporation (KFC), a diversified services company with three wholly-owned subsidiaries managed by experienced entrepreneurs.
KFC, founded on biblical principles, was launched in 2001 as part of a vision of my pastor, Apostle H. Daniel Wilson of Valley Kingdom Ministries International (VKMI) in South Holland, IL.
KFC is headquartered in Harvey, IL and is a diversified multimedia company that specializes in the gospel and inspirational entertainment segment. Its¿ dominant brands are in recording, publishing, and real estate.
KFC has three wholly-owned subsidiaries that include the following: Kingdom Records, a gospel recording label whose artist roster include Shekinah Glory Ministry, The Whispers, Phil Tarver, Tonya Baker, Cynthia Jones and The Brown Sisters; Kingdom Publishing, a book, magazine and music publishing company; and C.T. King Realty, a real estate brokerage company with over 25 agents.

Citibank in 1990 as Assistant Vice President of Product Engineering. My responsibilities with Citibank spanned the globe and required extensive travel throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
I have more than 25 years of comprehensive business experience. I earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from DePaul University. Prior to joining Citibank, I was with the First National Bank of Chicago.
I have a passion for community service. I am an active member and leader of Valley Kingdom Ministries International and sit on The Board of Directors. I was a member of the American Cancer Society Southeast Board for several years.
I chair the annual class reunion events, and participate in book and investment clubs.
I enjoy reading all types of fiction and non-fiction novels, particularly those that inspire me spiritually.
I am married to Michael Deon Sullivan and have two daughters and one son, Ashley Diondra, Lindsey Therese and Michael Pierre. I also actively participate in the lives of my two Godsons Daniel and Cameron and Goddaughter Jade.
