After graduating from PVA, I attended Union College for 2+ years, then accepted a job at The Voice of Prophecy in Glendale, California. I married Ed Bowen in 1971. He attended Monterey Bay Academy, Pacific Union College, and Andrews University Seminary, so that's why I have other schools in my profile. We moved 20+ times during the years we were married! I have two grown children, Jason and Jodi, and 5 grandchildren. forth to Nebr. to care for my parents. The company closed so I didn't go back to work. My husband Ed died in June 2007. My mom Betty (former laundry mgr and assistant food service director at PVA) died in July 2010, and my dad Martin (former dairy mgr at PVA) died Oct. 2011. I live in the San Antonio, Texas area for 16 years and have recently decided to move nearer to where my son lives and I'm building a new, smaller home in McGregor, TX where the corn fields remind me of my home state of Nebraska.
