Joan's Story
I continue to live in Berkeley with my husband, David. David continues to do math research at Stanford. We are both fortunate to be in good health.
Our kids live in Brooklyn. Our younger son, Michael, a software developer for Food 52 is married and has two kids. In one of my pictures I'm holding the most recent arrival, Isaac. coach and vocal improvisation teacher. He has not yet found his life partner.
I am still in practice as a psychologist-psychoanalyst, and continue to teach and publish in my field. My most recent book and DVD are: Supervision Essentials for Psychodynamic Psychotherapies and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Supervision, both published by the American Psychological Association in 2016.
My mom is still alive at 101, and living in West LA. My dad died 5 years ago at 99.
I'm looking forward to seeing old pals at the reunion!
