Joan's Story
While visiting my friend in Ecuador we decided to go hang gliding. When I told the instructor it was my first time he said in a soft voice " I'll be gentle " It was the ride of my life and can't wait to go up again! In fact I'm leaving Dec. 30th so it will be New Years in Ecuador!
HAPPY 2010 ! STARTING OUT TO BE A BUSY YEAR. IN MASS. FOR FEBRUARY AND THEN MY FRIEND WILL BE VISITING FROM ECUADOR FOR 3 WEEKS IN APRIL & THEN FAMILY FROM MASS. WILL BE IN FL. VISITING FOR A WEEK IN JUNE & THEN I GO TO MASS. FOR THE SUMMER WITH CAROLINE & FAMILY. WHEN I COME HOME I THEN AM OFF TO ECUADOR IN OCT. / NOV, & FINALLY CHRISTMAS IN MASS. INBETWEEN LOTS OF VISITS TO SON BILL & DAUGHTER KATHLEEN IN FL. HOPING TO GET TO IDAHO AGAIN THIS YEAR TO SEE DAUGHTER DEBBY BUT WE'LL SEE.

ly describe me as quiet, loner ( which I'm not ).
As far as a do-over, I'd try to be a bit more out going , study more and finish college.
In 10 years I hope to be as HEALTHY as I am today.
My class at a reunion would be surprised at how out going and adventurous I am.
2013 I haven't slowed down yet, thank goodness. I was in Ecuador Feb. / March & of course went hang gliding again. LOVE it. My friend from Ecuador was here for a visit and we went to St. Augustine. Our favorite place. I'll spend the summer in Ma. and while there my granddaughter & I will go to Idaho for 10 days to see daughter and grands. She has planned a trail ride for us so should be fun. While in Ma. hope to get some kayaking in with daughter's sister in-law. We'll also spend 10 days at the Cape. I'm still doing stained glass but not as much, too busy. I'm also making jewelry. I don't know if I can make the 60th *%# !!! reunion in Oct. as the daughter from Idaho will be visiting. So we'll see how it goes. What can I say, "Life is good " ...
