My Job
I am a medical receptionist and I am also a certified medical assistant.
School
Went to school 27 for grammar school. One year at Southside for 8th grade. Then moved to West Seneca and graduated from WSW in '79. ECC for a few years, back again in 88 and graduated with an associates degree. I am currently working at Florida Hospital Centra Care (an urgent care facility--we can treat you for you illnesses when you can't see your own doctor or don't want to go to the E.R.) Frances, Jean, and Ivan came through last year. It was not a good experience, but one I will never forget, like the Blizzard of '77. People have asked me if I miss the snow. Why of course I do...there's nothing like that first snow fall, when the trees are coated, and the snow is so white and fresh. However, I do not miss starting the car, brushing off the snow and praying that the defroster has cleaned up the windows enough to see and that the heater has warmed up the car enough to drive. I would love to hear from all my classmates, it's been a long time and would love to catch up.
