Joan's Story
After graduating from Banks I went to Montevallo a year, got married, and moved to Texas. My husband is a 1965 Woodlawn grad. I finished undergrad at the University of Texas- Dallas, a master's degree at the University of North Texas, and a doctoral degree at Texas Woman's University. and was co-owner of a Drug and DNA Testing company in Texas. After retiring, I moved to Naples, FL, then back to Birmingham for a year and a half to help care for my dad. I am now back in Naples looking forward to our 50-year Reunion.
I think fondly and often of the great times at Banks and my classmates. I hope to hear from you soon.
