Joan's Story
(Can't figure out how to turn that pic around.) Oh, well. Graduated from BU in Broadcasting and Film. Started a few film companies, was nominated for an Academy Award for a documentary on Nursing Ethics. Stayed on in Boston and married Timothy Sawyer of the golden voice. After my first was born (Erica) in 1984 I went back to school at Harvard (right in our neighborhood) for a certificate of advanced studies in administration & management. l. It all sort of got out of control and I was asked to write a book by the same name for St. Martin's Press, web page, etc.. Also started a company called Lively Lore--we take people on historic walking tours of Harvard Square. I wrote it, Tim leads it. Erica graduated from GW and ended up living in Silver Spring before moving to Wilmington, NC. Talia has just started at Emerson College. I've just enrolled in a program at BU to be certified as a private investigator. Hoping to write a fiction series, or...who knows. Maybe I'll just track you down...
