Joan's Story
I didn't really graduate from McDowell High, I had to go to Strong Vincent High and graduate there. My father had raped me with the consent of my mother and The Family and Child Service helped me go to court and get him in jail for just a year, as I had no real proof. I left as soon as I could to move to Philadelphia to get away from him when he got out of jail as he told me, if he saw me, he would kill me. I truly believed him. r are Beverly Titus and Carole Butts. Perhaps they are shocked by this information and do not want to contact me. That is Okay. I was probably weird and stressed out from the stress of my home life, even before it happened but I am fine now. always scared and having to deal with it but my life has turned out just great thanks to one of my daughters.
