Joan's Story

Life Husband, John, and I live in Caledonia, OH where he is Chaplain for a Hospice group and I teach at The Ohio State University at Mansfield. Our daughters, Lauren and Rachel, are out of college. Lauren graduated from OSU with a BA in International Relations and is with US State Dept. and was posted in Barbados, is now in Tanzania (I visited and we went on a photo safari --WONDERFUL!), in September she will...Expand for more
be in Warsaw Poland for three years. Rachel graduated (Magna Cum Laude) with a BS in Allied Health, Paramedicine, then added an RN degree. Now she is a Cardiac Intensive Care Nurse at Cleveland Clinic. Rachel is married to Frank Zayas, and they live in New Middletown, Ohio. We are able to visit back and forth frequently. My parents are still living, Dad is 92 and Mom is 84 and they live near to us in Ohio.
