My Story
There isn't enough space to tell the whole story, so this is a brief overview.
Since HS I went to college on and off when I had the cash, I didn't want a student loan. Eventually, I attained a fine arts degree.
I think we live in a beautiful country. I have visited 35 states, and counting, and met many different people. I drove across country twice. It is a great experience if you are open to the experience and the people. Alaska was spectacular! I want to go back & see Denali NP next time.
I used to love to rock climbing with a few special people. Fond memories. I still love to go camping, hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, swimming, and more.
I love the outdoors. To watch and listen...Expand for more
to a calm sea, calamity changes to tranquility. To sit on the mountaintop and watch the birds soar on the afternoon thermals is really something. These things help put my life into perspective. To share it with others who enjoy the same is truly a blessing. It is wonderful to appreciate God's handiwork.
I have worked a variety of jobs. Lately, I have been working with children. Teaching is a good match for me. Its never boring. I am a youth leader at my church, too. I love working with teens. Children and teens alike respect honesty where adults usually don't. So its a good match for me.
Back in HS I would never have thought I would become a teacher. Now, I can't imagine doing anything else.
