Joanne's Story
Life - 2022
I'm currently living in Bay City, Michigan, where we've been since 1986. I have 3 sons, David, Michael, and Matthew. I have been self-employed, doing bridal alterations, since 2012. I also make sock monkeys and sell them at bazaars. In 2015, I took on one of my son's friends as a 'daughter-by-choice', and now have three beautiful grandchildren, Noah, Cirrenitee, and Crimson.
College
I attended the University of Cincinnati from 1980-1985. My first major was Mechanical Engineering. After finding out that I just didn't like engineering, I applied to and attended the Christ Hospital School of Nursing f...Expand for more
or one term. I then reapplied to the University of Cincinnati College of Arts & Sciences with a double major in Medical Technology & (micro)Biology. After a two year break, I completed my course work in Biology as a guest student at Central Michigan University. I graduated with a BS in Biology in 1988.
Life Lately
Tom & I took a trip to Maui, HI in October, 2007. He had a convention to attend, I got to tag along for fun. There are some pictures in my album here, more in my web album on Picasa: picasaweb.google.com/josmonkeys/HawaiiTrip
It was tough coming back from 80 degrees on Maui to 40 degrees in Michigan.
