Life
I got married 8-9-69 to a boy from WV stationed at Fort Lawton, Seattle, 9 months out of Vietnam. Spent 3 yrs in Germany and then back to Ft. Lewis, Wash. for 3 yrs. Then we moved to W.V. in 1975 and have been in the Ohio Valley ever since. I have 2 boys and 5 grand-daughters. Had to join the work force in 1984 after my husband (a truck driver) was in a accident and damaged the muscle tissue in his lower ba...Expand for more
ck. Went back to school in '87 at the local community college and took a 1 yr couse for correspondent specialist. It gave me more knowledge and ability and helped me perform the job I eventually got a lot more confidently. Now I am looking forward to retirement. Just wish it wasn't so far away.
I attend church at Weirton Heights Church of Christ in Weirton, WV and invite any and all to come and worship with us.
