Done putting up tomatoes for this batch. 2sauces and rest chopped for soups and stews. My nana Rago would be proud of me.
Every day is groundhog day in West Frankfort. He is sitting on the left side of the shed, ready to go hide underneath it.

Wreath in progress, swag for a veterans overpass here in Illinois, I can't decorate Steve's bridge, so thought he might like me puting something a another veterans post that was deceased.

Spray I made for the Veterans Memorial in downtown West Frankfort Illinois, couldn't be home to decorate Steve's bridge or the graves like I used to do, so thought this was a way of keeping my tradition going.
French meat pie for Christmas Eve Dinner. Came out so good. People here never heard of it, there are a lot of Italians in this area.

Can you believe we are sitting on our front porch on Christmas Day at 3:40 pm. What recorad breaking weather. Toasting another Christmas, and Santa was wonderful!!!!

Came across this picture of our Fall River Cosmetology Association new officers. Where did 32 years go?? Seems like yesterday. Four members pictured here have since passed away. We sure had some fun times.

Good day for cooking today, it's been grey and cold, now Turkey dinner, sandwiches, and I'll  take it apart for Turkey soup, yum!!!

Thinking of Steve tonight, the Marine on patrol with my brother that morning he was on patrol with, passed away. His name was Abel Sandoval, and I found him by way of another Veteran who located him for me, all these years
