Joanne's Story
Well guys alot has happened since I graduated.....
Worked for a long time at a grocery store and went to school and got an accounting degree, became accountant (boring) and then I opened a sporting goods store that I sold on 96. They say you change your careers at least ten times in your lifetime! I worked in technology for twelve years but I always had the cooking bug, so in 2003 (at 40 ) I attended French Culinary School and realized my dream. his own for us. I got a job as a personal chef for some high profile Dallas Cowboys football players and even got to be on an episode of cMTV Cribs, my five minutes of fame.
I have been working at a few different restaurants to beef up my resume, but my goal is to open my open my own restaurant before it is all over.
Along the way I accumulated six children (3 mine, 3 his) and met the man of my dreams 15 years ago but only discovered the connection in the last two years.
All I can say is life is good and just keeps getting better.
