Jocelyn's Story
There were three of us, me, my cousin Sharon and Phyllis we started out at Kailua Intermediate and ended up through high school together. Our famous hang out in high school was at the GYM we hung out in the back. Oh those were fun days. After high school Sharon got married and Phyllis and I left Hawaii for the mainland when we turned 21. We kinda traveled for a few months landed in Hayward, CA. Found jobs and started settling in. Phyllis went back home to Hawaii and I stayed and met and married my first husband. He was in the army and we traveled through the years to Washington state, Hawaii, California and Germany. e Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA after we returned from Germany. Then I got the chance to move and take a position at the Naval Reserve Base in Grand Prairie, TX. Julio and I moved here first and then Joe and his two daughters followed. I am now married again and have another son Calvin Jr., together my husband and I have 13 grand kids and 1 great grand daughter spread out from Hawaii, Texas and Alabama. I work for an insurance company but wish I could retire and enjoy the simple life. I often wonder about my high school friends where they are and what they have been up too. I have go and dig out that old year book and find the pictures so I can match it to their names.With GOD'S will and direction I hope to meet them again and recall those days, while I still can :0) Aloha Jocelyn
