Hi All...
The Q&A answers are probably a little misleading, as they are totally generic questions and don't allow for elaboration.
I am a freelance editor currently working as an (according to my business cards) Account Coordinator for a Strategic Planning and Consulting Firm specializing in Marketing and Public Relations in the private, corporate and political sectors.... Basically I'm paid to make people look good....
I am also an Elected Official in my Village, currently serving my second four year term as a Trustee on the Village Board in Lindenhurst, NY.
I am separated on the way to divorce after being married for 21 years. My ex is a good guy.... people change and drift apart... it happens... We made 3 beautiful kids together, two boys and a girl, Mike 21, Ryan 16 and Jess 10, yup... we were on the 5 year plan, LOL.....

e to hang with family and friends, love music, almost all kinds, don't watch ANY TV by choice, haven't been to the movies in years, love to be outdoors....As comfortable in a little black dress and heels at a black-tie formal as I am in jeans, a T, my leather and boots on the back of a bike (I much prefer the bike, LOL).I LOVE the beach ANY TIME of the year, the beach is my sanctuary and no matter how I feel when I arrive, a couple of hours by the ocean centers me and makes me whole again....
Working on being on my own now, never have been before and sometimes its a tough row to hoe but I'll make it. I'm definitely more like Tigger than Eeyore, I try to bounce not whine....
To sum me up as adult I have two framed signs in my house that describe my outlook... one says "Laughter is the Music of the Soul" and the other says "Well Behaved Women Seldom Make History"
