Jody's Story
I don't know where to begin... I met my husband, Rick Sloat, class of '65, at Gulliver's in Portchester. I knew him only 6 weeks when we got engaged & we were married 5 months later. This past January was our 36th wedding anniversary. I worked at Greenwich Hospital. After Bruce was born in 1974 I was a stay-at-home mom. Jolene was born Jan. 1980 & Kendra 1985. ompany & worked at the Wesport Police Department April 1974. Last June he was promoted to Lieutenant. My oldest daughter, Jolene Caroline, was married end of September 2007 to Francis Paul Sutter. They met their freshman year at Penn in Philadelphia. They live in Darien now & my daughter is expecting a boy in March, our first grandchild.
I am looking forward to our 40th high school reunion in October.
