School
Well let me see where did I end up after High school? Oh Yeah! When I left Schweinfurt I was going back to Texas, Killeen to be exact. It was pretty much where I grew up besides overseas. I ended up registering at University of Central Texas College. Man first semester was horrible where were all the girls and the parties? I took a full load and it was basically like I was going back to high school. I started my first class at 7am and was done about 4pm those were pretty long days. I was very upset that everybody in my early classes were in there late 20's to there early 40's man did I ever get jipped at that point I thought college blows. Well considering I was paying for school now I might as well get something out of it so I studied hard and ended up with pretty good grades to bad none of the credits counted god I should have paid attention in high school! Well all that commitment and all that focus lasted pretty much till the next semester. I found out about these clepped courses geared around military it was half the semester for full college credit. I did that for about a yr then decided to get a job. I got a job working as a bar back at one of the night clubs in town. I didn't know it at the time but that was the end of my college days. Long hrs partying every night,new and exciting people and you know how it goes I started by saying Im going to take a semester off and pretty much thats all she wrote.

Well let me see College? Well any body who knew me knew that was the furthest thing from my mind. I was barely there my senior yr. Well we all know the only way to get back to the good old USA was to go to college. Well my grades werent exactly the greatest and they definately were ...Expand for more
not going to get me into some Ivy League school or into any big 12 college so you guessed it. I was off to Jr college. The very thought of going back to the class room made me sick to my stomach but then again big parties lots of older women is just what I was looking for. Well that dream was quickly shattered when I walked into all my classes the first day. I had to have been the youngest person in just about all my classes. The age gap ranged from 25 to 45 Well got to love army towns! I thought to my self what a big rip off where are all the pretty girls? Now I was forced to learn because there really wasnt anything distracting me. Well the first yr flew by and now it was time to sign up for sophomore yr and man I struggled with that but lucky me my parents happen to be in from Schweinfurt for some family issues and he made a point to stop by and register me for school. I know he cares! Well the semester started and off to school I went but now it was a little diffrent because I learned nobody takes the early classes but the old guys so all my classes were mid afternoon early evening. Well thats when I started to loose my focus. I took a job with a night club as a bar back because the allowance dear old dad was sending just wasnt cutting it. So now I have two distraction in my life. Great just what I needed presure! So I managed to squeek another semester under my belt when I had this great idea I was going to take a semester off to relax because I just couldnt balance going to school and working at a night club till 4am every morning.You could see where my priorites were huh? I decided to give school a rest. and there you have it a semester short, and a life time of regret. Should have stayed in school.
