Joe's Story
Summer 2023 Update:
My wife and I live in northern Virginia. We have a son (40) and daughter (37 soon), and two grandchildren ages 15 and 9.
Just weeks after Solehi graduation in ‘73, I left home for Annapolis and was commissioned in June ‘77 as a Navy Ensign. I served in various tours of duty both at sea and ashore. My wife is retired from federal service (DoD, EPA, FEMA and other organizations). She is currently president of the board for a volunteer / charity organization related to Loudoun County hospitals supporting nursing scholarships and other charities.
We paid for / RSVP’d and are still planning to attend the Saturday evening reunion event at the Grist Mill.
