Life After hastily leaving Big Bear the summer of 1975, my family and I settled in South Texas. I had to enroll in high school for a second senior year because I did not have enough credits to graduate in 1975. I guess it must have been me getting myself expelled from BBHS twice that had something to do with it!!! Grin...grin... After graduating from McAllen High School, McAllen, Tx. in '76, I went to college (Pan American University) for almost a year, but I did not have what it took to sit myself down and study. I consequently entered the US Air Force in May 1977. Entering the AF what the best thing I could have ever done for myself...getting out in '82 and going to college was the second best. I graduated from college in 1986. My degree is in Psychology and my minor is in English. I am about halfway finished with my coursework in Eduational Psychology and will be a licensed school psychologist when I finish; however, I find it very difficult to finish as I am a head wrestling coach and an English teacher for our local high school, PSJA Memorial High of Alamo, Texas. My ex-wife and I divorced almost 11 years ago, and I am not married. I HAVE TWO WONDERFUL DAUGHTERS WHO ARE THE PRIDE OF MY LIFE. Gosh, without God's strength and the strength I get from my daughters, I shutter to think what life would be like. To all who read this, I ask you drop me a line or two.
