Joe's Story
always liked a challenge in school and life. Made a lot of changes and did a lot of things no one else wanted to do. out of high school went to work for a major pharmaceutical company and got a white collar job without the college just the know how. joined the Army and went to Vietnam with the 82nd Airborne and served 4 years in the service of my country. worked as a Police Officer for 23+ years, developed colon cancer, beat the rap and still surviving. got a great wife of 44 years two great daughters and 5 gorgious grandchildren. retire...Expand for more
d now but never stop working or getting involved with life and community activities. Been there and done that and loved every minute. philosophy for life: "Never sweat anything that's not life threatening and remember that every day is a good day--just some better then others". involved with several Veteran Organizations, Cancer support groups and Italian cultural organization. Many of my class mates are also in the group and it is like a mini reunion when we get together. getting older by the minute but never too old to appriciate Life.
