Joe's Story

After graduation in '65 I went to Pensacola Junior College - great place, great time. My Dad came back from Viet Nam in '66. So instead of going to FSU and Air Force ROTC I decided to go to San Fernando Valley State College which is now Cal State University at Northridge. After my '69 graduation from SFVSC/CSUN (an even greater place and greater time) I joined the Air Force, became a pilot and stayed for 20 years. etirement out and am happily demonstrating my understanding. I am the proud father of a Jr. Unfortunately after 41 years Fred, short for Linda, came down with cancer. She passed away and left me - a widower and hence without adult supervision. So now I play with my cars, my friends, and occasionally my son who lives in SoCal. I live just North of Dallas where I'm quite content to remain. However, the panhandle is where I would go if I were to leave Texas. Oh by the way, I go by my middle name, Rea - Irish for and sounds like Ray.... Hope y'all are enjoying life - I am.
