ory. I am originally from Viet Nam. Born in a small town just south of Saigon named Vung Tau. My journey to the US came the day Saigon fell April 30, 1975. I was but 5 years old. We faced what many "boat" people faced at that time, that was the fear of what was ahead. Would we make it? Or would we be drowned in the sea. We, with the grace of God, survived it and landed in the US after many stops in between. My family, with the help of so many others were able to established a life here in the US. We settled in Covington, KY...which is just a rock throw away from Cincinnati, OH. I have lived in this area for most of my life now, with the exception of the few years that I spent in the Navy. I have had quite many different experiences in my life that has given me great knowledge. I know there's still plenty to learn. I can only hope that I can achieve what my Lord ask of me. That is my greatest wish.".
