Joe's Story
Life
Fall 1970 thru Spring 1971 Attended Cobleskill Ag & Tech as a Computer Science major. I lived in off campus housing apartments down the hill from the bowling alley. The building was the Gamma Delta Iota Frat House. The school placed 7 or eight freshman in there due to a lack of dorm space. Bad for establishing good study habits but a great life experience. I lost contact with everyone I knew back then but would love to re-establish contact with those I knew.
Fall 1971 thru Fall 1972 attended Ulster County Community College as a non matriculated student in the Computer Science curriculum.
Worked at Rotron Inc. in Woodstock, NY from Nov 72 to Sept 75 when I left to return to college this time to SUNY Canton Ag & Tech as an Industrial Engineering major. The experiences in the machine and sheet metal shops and quality control dept. proved most useful in the Âhands on courses I would take at Canton.

east wing (the wing to the right of the main lounge. Got to know a lot of good people there. Returned the second year as residence assistant for the same floor I lived on the first year. Unfortunately I could not finish the semester and left mid term.
Kind of lost touch with my close friends in the mid 1980Âs but I am in the process of re-establishing contact with those that I can.
After leaving Canton I returned to work at Rotron and have been there ever since. I have held various positions including Quality Engineer on the components we produced for the Trident Missile system and for the last 18 years I have been the Technical Services Coordinator for the Marketing Dept.
I have been with my wife Marsha since late 1984, been married since 1991. Two grown stepkids, 4 step grandkids ages 7-18.
I am still into motorcycles and can be found at Laconia NH Bike Week (FatherÂs Day Week) each June or at the Finger Lakes BMW Rally in Watkins Glen every Labor Day weekend.
Still live in Boiceville, NY.
