Joe's Story
After graduation I attended SDSU for about 2 years. Uncle Sam thought it would be best if I was in the Army. So, I ran off and joined the Air Force. The job I was assigned was crash fire rescue. I was stationed at San Antonio for 1 year, England for 2 and Omaha for 1. After discharge from USAF worked several jobs, motorcycle shop, pest control, and other boring stuff, until joining CVFD. My wife, Pam, and I adopted 3 children, a girl and 2 boys ages 4,2, and 18 months.

n, population 1500, in Texas. We, my wife, Granddaughter, 2 dogs, and a donkey live on 3.5 acres 7 miles from town. Travel many miles pulling our 5th wheel trailer. still ride motorcycles, have 2 a 1998 Triumph and a 2002 Harley Ultra Glide Firefighter special.
Well it is a few years later. The grand kid has graduated high school and joined the Navy. a little over 2 years ago.. That leaves more time to travel. went on a 10 day land tour of Cuba early in 2018, in late 2019 we are going on a Viking cruise to the Amazon. more trips are planed Morocco and Greece are next.
