Linda's Story
I've had a tremendous journey since high school. I graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in Sociology and a MA in Counselor Education. I've been working for SJSU for over 20 years, many of which were recruiting students to the enroll in the university. I am presently working as the MESA Engineering Program Director. I would have never guessed that I would be working in engineering 5 years ago! Joe always said I have an engineering mind. I've had a wonderful time getting involved with programs at SJSU and it's my home...Expand for more

My husband Joe is the Head Counselor at Andrew Hill High School and is also an alumni from AHHS! Talk about giving back to your community. He is an awesome counselor and has inspired and sent many Andrew Hill students on to college.
Joe and I have been married for over 30 years and we have two beautiful children (Maya and Emiliano) who have given us 4 wonderful grandchildren. They are the love of my life.
We enjoy family gatherings, camping and family vacations.
