Joe's Story
Hard to believe it's been about 7 years since I visited this site last, so I figured I may as well update my profile before another 7 passed by.
Short story - After 8 1/2 years as an HR Director at the Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort, I recently took a recruiting position with the parent company: LXR, Luxury Resorts & Hotels, where I recruit from colleges and culinary schools. It's nice to have gotten out from behind a desk.

ill happen in the future. For now, our two dogs are sufficiently challenging.
Regarding activities, I picked up running again about a year and a half ago and, after struggling through calf injuries and persistent achilles tendonitis, I ran my first marathon at Gasparilla in February 2008 and qualified for the Boston Marathon, which I completed in April. If the body can keep up, I hope to run Boston every year. It's not just a great run, but an awesome pub-hopping town (I do recommend the Salty Dog in Quincy Market).
