I started working in 1971 as a stock boy for Southwest Auto Parts. Then in 1973 as a machine operator for Apollo Metals. In 1976 the employees went on strike so I went to work with my dad learning Auto body repair other than working for him I only worked for two other body-shops Maaco Auto Painting and Midway Magic Auto Painting on 51st. and Pulaski. any for ten years. Midway Magic closed its door the Friday after Thanksgiving in 2001 due to Sept. 11. Our business was mostly airport related and we were unable to continue without the contracts. In August of 2001 I started working part time for Chicago Coin Company on Archer. Then in November I began working full time until the owner opened a second store in La Grange which I am now part owner of and full time employee.
