Joe's Story
I left Baldwin Park early in my Sophomore year and moved to Ventura, CA. I finished high school at Ventura High, however most of my school years were in Baldwin Park. I have many memories and friends from Bursch Elementary, to Walnut Elementary, to Landis Jr. High, to Olive Jr. High, then Baldwin Park High up until I left. I remain in Ventura to this day and work as an Automation Systems Integrator, (Electrical Contractor) in Utilities work for Water, Wastewater, Cogeneration and Power Generation systems. I have been married for 37 years with one grown daughter with 4 grandchildren whom live in Pleasanton, CA. I enjoy many...Expand for more
outdoor activities and visit the beach often as we live close. I am a Pilot and love to fly and enjoy our beautiful planet from above. It has become my passion. Enjoy everyday we have. Don't sweat the small stuff. We only live once therefore take in all of what is good. My wife had been fighting cancer and passed away September 2014. These words mean much more for me right now. I would like to connect with others that I have known in Baldwin Park over the years. I realize I was not at BPHS for most of the last 3 years. However, as stated before. I grew up in Baldwin Park and have many fond memories and friends from the area.
